Her Excellency Rym Abdulla Al Falasy was appointed secretary-general of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan in 2013. She is also a member of the board of the Gender Balance Council of Abu Dhabi and served on the United Nations secretary-general’s High-Level Advisory Group on Every Woman Every Child.
