Luis Miguel Etchevehere is a farmer in Entre Ríos. He served as chair of the Sociedad Rural Argentina from 2012 to 2017. He also served as Argentina’s chair in the Federation of Rural Associations of Mercosur from 2014 to 2015 and director and later vice president of the World Farmers’ Organization before being elected Argentina’s minister of agro-industry in 2017.
