Juan Pablo Uribe
Dr Juan Pablo Uribe is the World Bank’s global director for health and the director of the Global Financing Facility for Women, Children and Adolescents. Previously, he served as Colombia’s minister of health and social protection (2018–19) and as the World Bank’s East Asia and Pacific health sector manager (2009–11). With a background in medicine, public health and administration, he has made substantial contributions to health policy.
