Jan Wouters

Jan Wouters is a professor of international law and international organisations, Jean Monnet chair ad personam EU and Global Governance, and the founding director of the Institute for International Law and the Leuven Centre for Global Governance Studies at the University of Leuven. He is a member of the Royal Academy of Belgium for Sciences and Arts and a member of counsel at Linklaters, Brussels.
