Charles Ibingira

Charles Ibingira is the principal of the Makerere University College of Health Sciences, having previously served as dean of the School of Biomedical Sciences. Dr Ibingira is an active general surgeon and professor of anatomy, and is a senior researcher in surgery, anatomy and bioethics.
